1. Material : 

    Concrete : C25/30

    Steel : fyk = 500 MPa

2. Loading:

    2.1. Permanent loading

        Self weight of RC : 2500 daN/m3

        Floor tile : 2200 daN/m3

        Waterproof and roof isolation : 150daN/m2

        Self weight of soil : 2000 daN/m3

    2.2. Live Load:

        Live Load : 150 daN/m2

        Parking Load : 250 daN/m2

        Balcony : 350 daN/m2

        Loggia : 250 daN/m2

        Roof not accessible : 100 daN/m2

3. Stability of fire

        Underground parking : 120 min by concrete alone

        Slab : 60 min by concrete alone
